What have I Done This Week

I have covered some half inch hexagons,

made 5 Klosjes, bringing my total to 93,

made some sausage rolls to have with soup on the weekend,

have almost finished the applique on border number two of Swan Lake,

and had the rare pleasure of seeing son number two dressed up in a suit!

Delicious looking all of it. Son number 2 looks wonderful in his suit. Much prefer to see a man in a suit. Those little hexes look good and Swan Lake is just so gorgeous. I am loving your colours.

I see that my newest post doesn't show up on your feed either. Any idea? This is the first time this has happened to me. Must be a glitch w/blogger... or maybe I have not done something properly. Love your hexies! :)

O, you had a great week! Good to take a picture of your handsome son in a suit....I should have done it three years ago at the graduation ceremony. It might take a loooooooooong time before I get the chance again.
Enjoy your soup!

You have gotten quite a bit done this week and as an added bonus, got see your son dressed up! Looking forward to seeing your little hexies made into the bag. I went to a shop here that I thought carried the purse frames but totally forgot to check for them when I got there! Too many other goodies to distract me, I guess I will just have to go back!

Lots done at your house this past week. You have quite a variety of fabrics on your hexagons. Some very interesting ones. And I have told you before that I really like your applique project but it is worth telling you again. I like your applique project very much.

Wow! For your son! ;-) I always like a man in a suit (well, not all of them, come to think of it, but you know what I mean). I just love your fabric-choices: for the hexies, for the klosjes (especially the left top one) and your swan lake! Can't wait to see the end result on that! Enjoy your weekend!

The Swan Lake border is coming along fantastic. I love those little hexagons! It's going to be a spectacular heirloom for sure. 8)

PS Showing a picture of your sausage rolls is just plain mean. They look so good!!! And my post-hemorrhoidectomy diet is so restrictive right now. Can't have anything too binding or too cleansing, and I have to count fiber grams like a maniac. Sigh, they look really really yummy.

Happy sewing, hugs, Daniëlle
